The pulsed burners have the function to stabilize the temperature curve. They work maintaining constant air flow and injecting gas in cycles, depending on the temperature to be achieved. This firing group is composed by pulsed injectors, installed  through all  the burning zone. They are placed in parallel and act between product packages to fire the products.

In this type of burners there is only injection of the gas / air mixture, the kiln temperature should be above the auto-ignition of the mixture air / gas temperature. Working in automatic mode, the percentages of the air / injected gas adjustement is made in function of  kiln temperature , adjusting the cycles of impulses of injection valves.

 This order is established by a PLC , it controls  the opening times of the valves and the sequence of impulses.
